US CUSTOMERS - FREE RETURN SHIPPING
If you are not totally delighted with your new Dude gear, send it back for a refund or replacement.
Wrong size or color, you can return it free of charge. We will even pay for the replacement to be shipped. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
To process a return go to Returns Manager.
We will email you a free return shipping label within 48 hours.
Items must be returned in the condition they were received - new, unused with all tags attached. A fair use policy applies; if we find someone returning too many items too often, we reserve the right to deny the free return.
Free returns do not apply to towels, stickers, koozies (stubby holders) and gift vouchers.
Unfortunately our free returns policy for non US customers only applies to items received that are faulty - either wrong item shipped or the item is faulty. In this case we will pay for return shipping and provide a refund or a replacement
If you receive an item that is wrong size or color or you are not completely delighted, you are still welcome to return it at your cost for a refund or a replacement.
Go to Returns Manager to process a return - we will send you instructions for return at your cost or a free shipping label if responsibility for postage is ours.

For US orders, the maximum you will pay is $US7 per order, often less, and if your order is over $US100 shipping is free. Non US orders see calculator at checkout for rates.
Dude guarantees to process your order quickly, but should there be a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you.
Where’s my order coming from? Typically US and European orders are fulfilled in California.
